I'm so sorry for late respons, and for my English. I drawing it used a computer, with photoshop cs. that people picture from original photo, just applied a angled strokes with photoshop to make it looking like comic. and that purple effect I do it with photoshop, line + glow effect then adjustments the color balance. photoshop only.

by the way, I just started drawing and you're pretty much better than me.
theory + practice = experience. your work is good, Never give up and keep up the great work

So i draw this Picture with a Pen and colored is it with Computer.
Your Arts are really good and for a Manga its not to bad. But the Outlines must be finer.

thx ... well i just started drawing and ur pretty much better than me but i drew this with pen and it took about 1h xD im pretty good drawing faces and i do them in 5min

And you can take some hints to drawng from other pictures like how to do shadows and stuff like that
